by pre-authorized debit
If you have signed a repayment agreement with the Centre de recouvrement
Pre-authorized debit mean that you don’t have to worry about
cheques and overdue payments. You decide which day of the month the
payment will be debited to your account. This payment method allows
you to avoid the extra fees charged for other means of repayment.
If you haven’t signed a repayment agreement with the
Centre de recouvrement
Contact an officer at the Centre de recouvrement, at (418) 643-7131
or 1-800-463-5644 (toll free).You can then sign up for pre-authorized
debit.
If you opt for repayment by pre-authorized debit, you
must
complete the appropriate form (
, 53 Ko);
print out and sign the form;
write “CANCELLED” on a blank cheque;
mail the cancelled cheque along with the completed form to the following
address:

If you are spouses with a joint debt
You don’t have to complete two separate forms. However, both spouses must sign the “Bank account” section.
If you want your payments to be debited from a different account
You must indicate any changes in your account to an officer at the
Centre de recouvrement, by completing the required
form (
, 53 Ko).
