Follow-up of our commitments

The Ministère de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale follows up its Declaration of Services for Citizens on a regular basis. Each year, it prepares a plan for improving the services it offers to citizens.

The results obtained with respect to these commitments are made public in the annual management report prepared by the Ministère.
