Developing and implementing a strategic plan is in line with the results-based management process instituted under the Public Administration Act. The 2011-2014 strategic plans describe the goals that the Ministère de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale and the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail are committed to achieving over the next three years.
