You can reach the Centre de communication avec la clientele (CCC) at one of the following numbers:

514-873-4000 or 1-877-767-8773 (toll free).

The CCC is open Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

For faster service, call on Thursday or Friday mornings between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Our telephone lines are generally less busy at that time.
