What is a review?

The right to a review is provided for under the Individual and Family Assistance Act and the Act respecting parental insurance. If you disagree with a decision rendered by the office in charge of your file (local employment centre, regional office, Centre de communication avec la clientèle or the Québec Parental Insurance Plan Centre de service à la clientèle), you may request that the decision be reviewed.

During the review process, you will be given the opportunity to be heard and present your point of view. A review decision will be rendered and sent to you by mail.
