It offers the Social Solidarity Program and the Social Assistance Program to eligible applicants. Direction des plaintes et des relations avec les citoyensThe Direction des plaintes et des relations avec les citoyens provides information and treats complaints about Ministère programs and services. Direction générale adjointe de la révision et des recours administratifsThis service gives you the opportunity to be heard and to express your opinion if, for example, you do not agree with a decision that has been handed down. Employer Assistance ServiceThis service offered by Emploi-Québec is intended specifically for employers. It consists of frontline assistance designed to facilitate a handicapped person’s integration into the workplace.
