Emploi-Québec offers three levels of social solidarity services: assistance to individuals, assistance and social support, and financial assistance.
Assistance to individuals
These services offer information and orientation to various resources, as well as support for job integration, particularly by way of public employment services.
Social assistance and support
These services are an incentive approach designed for persons who want to regain personal, social and occupational independence.
Financial assistance
This service offers financial assistance for individuals and families who lack sufficient income or who are living in specific difficult situations.
