The Pregnant Minors Financial Assistance Measure has been in effect since October 2002. In 2005 and 2006, as part of an evaluation of the measure, the Direction de l’évaluation at the Ministère de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale interviewed recipients of assistance under the measure and people who work with them.
