Eligibility
To be eligible for advance payments of the supplement to the work premium, adults who cease to receive last-resort financial assistance must meet the following criteria:
- be issued medication claim slips when they cease to receive last-resort financial assistance due to their work income;
- have received last-resort financial assistance or financial assistance under the Youth Alternative Program, as an adult, during at least 36 of the 42 months preceding the month for which they are issued their first claim slips.
Adults who cease to participate in the Youth Alternative Program must:
- have received financial assistance under the Youth Alternative Program or last-resort financial assistance, as an adult, during at least 36 of the 42 months preceding the month in which they cease to receive such assistance.
