Filing an application
Before filing an application for financial assistance, the person must make certain that the group of workers affected by the collective dismissal has been accepted for the program.
To apply for financial assistance, you need only complete and sign the form provided for this purpose by the Ministère de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale. The form is available at your local employment centre (CLE)
