Pre-authorized debit mean that you don’t have to worry about cheques and overdue payments. You decide which day of the month the payment will be debited to your account. This payment method allows you to avoid the extra fees charged for other means of repayment.

Contact an officer at the Centre de recouvrement, at (418) 643-7131 or 1-800-463-5644 (toll free).You can then sign up for pre-authorized debit.

If you opt for repayment by pre-authorized debit, you must

  • complete the appropriate form (PDF, 53 Ko);
  • print out and sign the form;
  • write “CANCELLED” on a blank cheque;
  • mail the cancelled cheque along with the completed form to the following address:

Opérations financières – Division des encaissements
C. P. 16300, Terminus postal
Québec (Québec) G1K 8Y4
