Direction des plaintes et des relations avec la clientèle

Mandate

The mission of the Direction des plaintes et des relations avec la clientèle is to contribute to the ongoing improvement of services to citizens by:

  • handling complaints
  • processing applications for administrative reconsideration regarding employment measures and services, except those related to regulated vocational qualification
  • processing requests for financial assistance under the National Reconciliation Program for Duplessis Orphans Who Were Residents of Certain Institutions
  • compiling comments, opinions, observations and suggestions from its clientele
  • suggesting possible improvements to Ministère programs and measures.

The Direction des plaintes et des relations avec la clientèle is entirely separate from administrative units providing Ministère services.
